Meet Our Pastor & First Lady
Elder Rico Griffith
SENIOR PASTOR
Rico Griffith is a proud native of the Josey-Hill/Pie Corner community and had his initial foundation in the Salvation Army Josey-Hill Corp before joining the United Holy Church of America in his early teen years.
Pastor Rico earned a Diploma in Theology from the United Holy Church Bible School Barbados Campus, which is affiliated with the United Christian College located in Goldsboro, North Carolina.
Having served the Bennett’s Temple Church in various leadership roles over the years, Pastor Rico now serves as the Senior Pastor of the assembly located Pie Corner, St. Lucy. He is a licensed marriage officer and a very innovative leader who relies on the Holy Spirit to lead him in 'out of the box' thinking to deliver life-changing ministry to all who come into contact with the church. He is a career banker by profession and is married to Sis Karin Griffith and together they are the proud parents of Amariah Gabrielle and Kailey Alaina.

FIRST LADY, DIRECTOR OF WOMEN’S MINISTRY & THE MUSIC MINISTRY
Dedicated, Determined and gifted Sis Karin is the wife of Pastor Rico Griffith. She has been serving in the Church for many years and from a very young age, having been born into a Christian family where her dad is a Pastor as well.
Sis Karin earned her Diploma in Theology from the United Holy Church Bible School Barbados Campus.
A gifted musician, talented playwright and songwriter, she serves alongside her husband at the Bennett’s Temple Church as the current Director of the Women’s Ministry and Music Ministry with responsibility for the Choir and the band. She served previously for the immediate past 6 years as the Sunday School Superintendent prior to a shift into her new role from January 2022. She is a banker by profession and together with her husband, they are the proud parents of Amariah Gabrielle and Kailey Alaina.
